It was a descriptive correlative method. The statistical population included the high-school girl students in Mashhad during the 2011- 2012 academic years. The sample was comprised of 405 high-school students in the educational districts 5 and 6 of Mashhad who were chosen through multistage cluster sampling method. In order to collect data, the LCQ Learning Climate scale and the APRI aggression scale were utilized Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, parsons’ correlation coefficient, simple regression, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results showed that there was a significant negative relationship between the learning environment and aggression. Also the regression analyses showed that we could predict student’s aggression scale on the basis of their learning environment scale. Significant differences were noticed in the mean scores of second grade and third grade students and among the students studying in different fields (mathematics Science and Humanities). These findings indicated that students’ incompatibility and aggression were somewhat affected by negative climate of the classroom and learning environment. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه بین جو یادگیری در مدرسه و میزان پرخاشگری دانش‌آموزان دختر شهر مشهد بود. روشپژوهش،ازنوع توصیفی،همبستگی و جامعه پژوهشی شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه در سال تحصیلی 92-1391 در شهر مشهد بود. نمونه پژوهشی شامل 405 نفر از دانش‌آموزان دبیرستانهای دخترانه ناحیه 5 و 6 شهر مشهد بود که به‌صورت خوشهای مرحلهای انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از مقیاس جو یادگیری LCQ و همچنین از مقیاس پرخاشگری APRI استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون ساده، آزمون t مستقل و ANOVA یک‌راههبا بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار SPSS 20 انجام گرفت. نتایج حاکی از آن است که بین جو یادگیری و پرخاشگری رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد؛ همچنین نتایج رگرسیون ساده نشان داد که از روی نمره جو یادگیری دانش‌آموزان، نمره پرخاشگری آن‌ها را می‌توان پیشبینی کرد، همچنین بین میانگین نمره پرخاشگری در پایههای دوم و سوم و در رشتههای مختلف (ریاضی، تجربی و انسانی) تفاوت معنادار مشاهده شد. این یافتهها بیانگر آن بود که ناسازگاری و پرخاشگری دانش‌آموزان تا حدودی متأثر از جو نامناسب محیط یادگیری و کلاس درس است.
