In the present study, causal relationship of achievement goals and religious attitudes with tendency to cheating by academic performance. All male and female students of Azad University in Ahvaz were statistical community. 280 people were selected through multi stage random sampling. To collect data achievement goals of the Sevari (1391), religious attitudes of Erwin (1377), tend to cheating of Sevari (1391) and academic average were used. The results of the analysis showed that there was negative correlation between master goals, religious attitudes and academic performance with tendency to cheating. There was positive correlation between master goals with academic performance. There was positive correlation between performance goals with tendency to cheating. Also, There was positive correlation between master goals with tendency to cheating by academic performance. Tendency to cheating was predicted by religious attitudes, mastery goals and academic performance.
